Thank you for using UniPet. These Terms of Service ('Terms') form a legal agreement between you and UniPet and govern your use of our services, including our website, AI-generated pet images, and AI vet suggestions.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

By using the Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you agree that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via our website or email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Our Service includes various features and functionalities:

• Account Registration: Certain features require registration. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Appropriate Use: You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purposes, including (but not limited to) generating offensive or misleading content, or attempting to interfere with system integrity.
• Australian Consumer Law (ACL): Under the Australian Consumer Law, consumers have rights that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights. Where permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-supplying the Service or paying the cost of re-supply.

We have specific policies regarding content and intellectual property:

• Your Content: You retain all rights to content you upload (e.g., images, text prompts). However, by uploading content, you grant Unipet a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce, and adapt your content to provide and improve the Service.
• Generated Content: The pet images generated by our AI tool are created based on your prompts and uploads. You are permitted to use these images for personal and non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise licensed.
• Unipet's IP: All software, design, branding, and content (excluding user content) are the property of Unipet or its licensors, protected under Australian and international copyright law.

The AI Vet Assistant is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should always consult a qualified veterinarian for medical concerns regarding your pet.

By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that UniPet is not liable for any harm resulting from reliance on AI-generated suggestions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• If we are found liable under non-excludable consumer laws, our liability is limited to the re-supply of the services or the cost of such re-supply, as permitted under ACL.

We collect and manage personal data in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Please see our

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
